LWB Helping In Bangladesh

Bangladesh (/ˌbæŋləˈdɛʃ/,[17] Bengali:, pronounced [ˈbaŋlaˌdeʃ] (About this soundlisten)), officially the People's Republic of Bangladesh, is a country in South Asia. It is the eighth-most populous country in the world, with a population exceeding 163 million people, in an area of 148,460 square kilometres (57,320 sq mi), making it one of the most densely populated countries in the world. Bangladesh shares land borders with India to the west, north, and east, Myanmar to the southeast, and the Bay of Bengal to the south. It is narrowly separated from Nepal and Bhutan by the Siliguri Corridor, and from China by Sikkim, in the north, respectively. Dhaka, the capital and largest city, is the nation's economic, political, and cultural hub. Chittagong, the largest seaport, is the second-largest city.

Pastor Rony Boidya

Pastor Rony Boidya was born in Bangladesh in a Christian family. He grew up in a middle class home. He is married to Rupa Sarker and has a child Joash Farendas Boidya. His father Pastor James Amol Boidya was an evangelist for 10 years then became a pastor in 1985 and has continued his ministry until today.

Pastor Rony became a Christian, at the age of 17 in 1999 after the sad experience of losing his brother. After that he prayed and asked God to give him the opportunity to serve Him. He was baptized and continued praying for God’s purpose in his life. In 2012, he received an answer to his prayers and started Morning Star Children Ministry. It is a non-profit Christian ministry in Bangladesh, which provides a home, food, clothing, and education to abandoned and orphaned children so they can grow socially, physically, mentally, and spiritually free from the curse of poverty. They will become valuable citizens for their country.

Love Without Borders Church is headquartered in Sahapara village of Keshabpur police station in Jessore district of Bangladesh. Zip code 7450. From here, Love Without Borders Church is conducting its activities in different districts of Bangladesh. There is always a need for medical care, housing, food, and clothing because poverty is the companion of people in this country.

Love Without Borders Church stands by the side of all these helpless people and wants to go and do the work of the Lord.

Sunday School Camp

Love Without Borders Church Sunday School Camp is conducted every month with the aim of helping children and adolescents grow spiritually, rely on the Lord, and build a bright future. We serve the villages in Satkhira District of Bangladesh Laxmanpur, Jalalpur, Gonali, Chanka, Ghona, Madanpur and Keshabpur, Barenga in Jessore District of Bangladesh and Jatpur, Ataroa, Arshangar in Khulna District of Bangladesh. We want to continue each Sunday School Program in these villages.

Relief Activities

With the help of Love Without Borders Church, emergency relief has been provided to the local church. Necessary food items have been distributed on an emergency basis to helpless and extremely poor families due to the corona virus. Relief has been distributed in Laxmanpur, Ghona, Jalalpur villages of Satkhira district of Bangladesh and Jatpur village of Khulna district of Bangladesh.

Preaching the Gospel

Love Without Borders Church is a firm believer in creating new believers. The North District and Western Areas of Bangladesh are inhabited by a large number of Adivasi and Garo tribes, Santal Marma and Chakma. The people of all these villages are extremely poor, helpless, and neglected. Children in particular are extremely neglected here, lacking food, medical care, clothing, education, and shelter. So in all these villages we want to expand the kingdom of the Lord by forming churches with new believers to serve children, teenagers, young men, women, and the elderly.

Pastor Swapan Bhuiyan has been preaching the word of God in Narayanpur village of Naogaon district of Bangladesh. Pastor Nicholas Hembrom is preaching the word of God in Dhamughat village of Naogaon district.

Pastor Joseph Tripura and his colleague Maudula Tripura are preaching the gospel among 50-60 unbelieving brothers and sisters in Haludapara village in Rangamati and Bandarban districts of Bangladesh. Monirang village is also carrying out preaching work in different villages.

Conducting the Love Without Borders Church campaign in the hills.

They are preaching in Debsapara, Thanglong Para and Harung Para, villages of Thanchi upazila. Indigenous peoples of different tribes live there.

These villages are located across the end of Bangladesh. Some villages in the area have no church other than the Catholic Church. People in some villages in the area still do not know about Jesus.

We are the first Love Without Borders Church to visit all these villages, to share the words and love of Jesus.

There, we conducted spiritual revival meetings with believers in Christ with the financial support of Love Without Borders Church and preached Jesus in different villages.

The people of these villages are very poor. There is no education system. There are no necessary clothes for the children. Winter is coming. Pray that we can provide blankets for them in winter. I have tried to show their condition, life journey, and situation through pictures. The people of this village practice Buddhism. Each village has 30-50 families. There is a great need for an adult education school, where adults and children can learn the alphabet. We are hopeful that we will be able to hold a baptism there in October.

Thank you for your prayers and cooperation.

Summary

We are grateful to Love Without Borders Church because through them we have had the opportunity to help the poor and helpless families of a village called Jatpur. This village is much smaller than all the villages we have helped in the past. A small number of families live in this village and they are new believers. This is a very low lying area, in which the village is flooded every year during the rainy season. The people of this village make a living by working in agriculture. Due to the floods, their lands are submerged in water most of the time, making it difficult to cultivate crops. As a result, these poor people have to live in misery.

There are many boys and girls in this village who cannot study due to economic problems. As a result, they dropped out of school at an early age and worked with their parents to earn money.

The people of this village are very happy and grateful for the help from Love Without Borders Church.

They prayed for the long life of Love Without Borders Church.
